San Francisco Trademark Lawyer

Welcome to the Law Office of Paul W. Reidl

Paul has been practicing law for nearly fourty years.  He represents clients from dozens of countries in trademark, copyright, alcohol beverage and general business law matters in both the United States and overseas. He is a frequent litigator before Federal courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

In 2006, Paul was the President of the global association of trademark owners and practitioners, the International Trademark Association.  He was a faculty member of the Practicing Law Institute from 1999 - 2010 and is a frequent speaker, writer, and expert consultant.

Before starting his own firm, Paul worked for a large law firm and a billion dollar global wine company.  This gives him a unique insight into the needs and expectations of his clients.  He understands that "quality, value and service" are more than a slogan; they are the sine qua non of the attorney-client relationship.

So please browse his site.  It will be updated regularly, especially in the "Resources" and "Current News" sections.

We'd be pleased to speak with you by telephone or by e-mail. You can find that information on the "Contact Us" page of this site.
