Paul has been practicing law for over thirty years. He currently represents clients from dozens of counties in trademark, copyright, alcohol beverage and general business law matters in both the United States and overseas. He is a frequent litigator before Federal courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
In 2006, Paul was the President of the global association of trademark owners and practitioners, the International Trademark Association. He was a faculty member of the Practicing Law Institute from 1999 - 2010 and is a frequent speaker, writer and blogger.
Before starting his own firm, Paul worked for a large law firm and a billion dollar global company. This gives him a unique insight into the needs and expectations of his clients. He understands that "quality, value and service" are more than a slogan; they are the sine qua non of the attorney-client relationship.
So please browse his site. It will be updated regularly, especially in the "Resources" and "Current News" sections. In the "Blog" section you will find a link to Paul's blog at CenterPoint Small Business Community. He posts a new blog about every other week. You can subscribe to an RSS feed so you can follow his blogs as they are posted.
We'd be pleased to speak with you by telephone or by e-mail. You can find that information on the "Contact Us" page of this site.
Of course, everything in this site is for informational purposes only and should not be considered to be legal advice on your specific matter even if you are a current client.
